Tyson Hoffman

Chief Operating Officer

Tyson holds a technical degree and is a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt. His 15 years experience have been focused on operational excellence with a keen eye for improvement. He is process focused and specializes in process development, quality and manufacturing using various industry standards. Through working with Honeywell Analytics, Fujitsu Microelectronics, Teledyne and other smaller companies Tyson has gained valuable insight into operational process, product quality and consistent delivery. In his spare time Tyson enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and 2 young daughters.

Sarah Greenberg, BCOMM.

Controller

Sarah graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2009 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree, and obtained her CPA-CMA designation in 2017. Sarah is team-oriented and works to cultivate relationships between finance and various departments to ensure an efficiently run organization. Throughout her 12 year career, Sarah has worked in a variety of roles such as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, an Auditor, and eventually worked her way from a junior accounting position to a senior position. Sarah joined ETC in 2017 as an Assistant Controller, and through hard work was promoted to Controller in 2020. When she’s not in the office, Sarah enjoys hitting the gym and exploring the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Tyler Hopaluk, BSc.

Systems and Research Manager

Tyler graduated from the DeVry Institute of Technology in 2004 with a BSc in Computer Engineering Technology. He joined ETC in 2014, and possesses over 20 years of experience working with electronics and embedded systems. Tyler is passionate about computers, and specializes in understanding the individual parts of a system and building proof of concepts for future products. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys repairing electronics and spending time with loved ones.
