CEO, Darlene C. Carlson
Darlene (Connie) Carlson was one of the founders of ETC and is currently the majority shareholder and Chief Executive Officer. She brings her extensive knowledge of software development, project management, and product development from the telecommunications industry to ETC. Connie acted as the President and CEO of ETC for the first 6 years of the company, before focusing on the role of CEO in 2007.

President and CTO, Mark Scantlebury
BASc, P. Eng.
Mark graduated with a BASc in Electronics Systems Engineering and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Regina in 2001. After stops at Wi-LAN Inc. and Matrikon Inc, as a Software Engineering Team Lead, Mark joined ETC in 2006 where he quickly became the VP, Software Engineering before being appointed to the role of President and Chief Technical Officer. Mark brings with him a variety of experience in the areas of Firmware Design, Development and Testing, Wireless System Design, Programmable Logic Controllers and Project Management. Mark is currently a minority shareholder in ETC.
